We operate through nominations of people in need who are experiencing challenges accessing vital health care services due to ongoing life events, financial challenges, difficulty navigating the healthcare system or other related issues.
Nomination applications are received through our local community from individuals, businesses, church, civic or governmental organizations that are aware of and familiar with the challenges and needs which that person (or family) is experiencing.
In effect the community tells us who needs help. That lets us build a network of both people who are in the know of who needs help, and of people willing to donate either as primary sponsors or matching partners.
